Qudini, Enterprise SaaS, Retail Choreography Solutions for in-store and customer experience management

Qudini, an enterprise Retail SaaS scale up, needed an experienced marketer to help the CEO develop world-class marketing in preparation for a new country rollout. Worked closely with the CEO to create and launch a new category, refresh the brand and website, and develop a new market entry plan. Built up the marketing team with a focus on thought leadership content development, social, PR and events. Worked closely with the Commercial Director and sales team to develop a lead gen engine.

ON-DEMAND PHOTOGRAPHY START-UP

A photography on demand startup, was without a marketing team for over 6 months and needed to restart everything from scratch. In 5 months hired in the new marketing team, relaunched social channels and activities (increasing engagement across social channels by over 4000% and followers by 52%) strategised and implemented a client lead generation campaign with projected ROAS of 950% and a photographer acquisition campaign, which simultaneously increased registrations by 175% while reducing cost per registration.

GLOBAL BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

A Brand Partnerships team needed a mix of business development and key account management across EMEA and globally. Closed first global brand licensing deal for extensive 3D printers, materials and services ecosystem with an innovative 3D start-up. Created the opportunity and business plan for an innovative photo merchandise marketplace for photographers and opened progressible opportunities (all to contract stage) in:

  • 3D scanning

  • Design-led home interior/exterior and commercial lighting

  • Mobile power storage

  • Smartphone clip on lenses

GLOBAL ADVERTISING PRODUCTION STRATEGY

The global production division of a worldwide advertising agency needed leadership and support to grow their relationship with a key global client. Developed a bespoke artwork production offshore strategy to meet client requirements, developed a global campaign rollout strategy to meet varied local markets’ needs, developed a locally sensitive global pricing strategy and kick started implementation of a unified project management software system across European offices.
